If you read the intro on the home page, you already know: my name is Chris Gottardo, and I am a graphic designer. I’ve been doing this design thing since about mid-2013, and I think I’ve gotten pretty good at it.

I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. I’ve spent most of my professional career thus far as a designer on the marketing team at Amrock, a sister company to Quicken Loans. Prior to that, I worked as a designer for Wayne State, interned at Hour Media, and also did some freelance work through Vitamin T in Royal Oak, MI.

In my free time, you can find me doing typical dad activities, such as:

• Telling my son’s friends to stay off my lawn
• Getting excited about trips to the hardware store
• Turning off lights my family members have left on and commenting that we’re not made out of money
